If you are not a UAE-licensed production company, you cannot be the applicant on a Dubai filming permit. Khaleej Times, reporting the Dubai Film and TV Commission process, said a person or company who wishes to film in Dubai must hire a licensed UAE-based production house. The commission publishes the list. That is the job this page is for.
What the house actually does
Files the permit. Stands on set when the terms say a member of the production house must be present. Holds insurance. Speaks to location owners. Produces the day if you want the whole brief — scout, crew, catering, talent — not only the stamp.
How to choose
Ask whether they can be the DFTC applicant. Ask which emirate they actually work. Ask for a producer who answers when the plan changes. We are Carving Dreams Event in Dubai. We are not the Mumbai company of a similar name.
