What a casting brief should say
The look and the number of roles, the shoot dates and hours, the city, whether there is dialogue, and above all the usage: where the images or film will appear, in which countries, and for how long. Usage is what turns a day rate into a fee, so it belongs in the first email.
How booking works

- We send a shortlist with photographs and availability.
- You choose, or ask for a casting session or self-tapes.
- We confirm the booking, the call time and the usage in writing.

- Do you work with new faces?
- Yes. Send a short book with your name and city. New faces are considered when a brief suits them.
- How are models and cast paid?
- Day rates and usage depend on the job, the media and the territory. We do not publish a rate card; every booking states its fee and usage in writing.
- Can you cast for a commercial at short notice?
- Often, if the brief is clear and the look is not too narrow. Send the dates and the usage and we will say honestly what is possible.
- Do you provide promoters for brand launches?
- Yes, promoters and hosts for launches, activations and exhibitions. Tell us the venue, hours, languages needed and the number of people.
