Send a short book to lata@carvingdreamsevent.com. We look at stills, not promises. Every book that follows the notes below goes into a file we open when a casting brief arrives for commercials, lookbooks, launches or weddings.
Attach
- Six to twelve recent working stills: a clear headshot, a full-length shot, and a few frames from real jobs or tests.
- Your name as it should appear on a call sheet.
- The city you can reach for a morning call.
- Your height and measurements if you already work.
- Languages you speak, if you would work as a host or promoter.
- A link to a showreel if you act or present.
Do not attach
- Passport or ID scans. We never need them in a first email.
- Very large files. Compressed images or a link are enough.
- A demand to be placed on a job we have not booked.
What happens next
When a brief matches your look and location, we contact you with the dates, the job and the usage before anything is confirmed. If you are booked, every detail, including the fee, is agreed in writing.
Staying safe
A genuine booking never asks you to pay to be considered, and never asks for identity documents before a job exists. If someone claims to cast for us and does either, write to Lata at the address above.

- Is paid testing required to join your books?
- No. A test is a job and we will say so if we ever book one; nobody pays us to be considered.
- Is work guaranteed after sending a portfolio?
- No. Your book goes into a file we open when a brief arrives that fits your look and city.
- Do you accept new faces without experience?
- Yes. Send clear, recent photographs: a headshot and a full-length shot are enough to start.
- Should I send my passport with my portfolio?
- No. Never send ID documents in a first email; they are only needed once a real booking exists.
