Catering

Event catering

Headcount, diet, and whether the table will be in the photograph. Tell us those three and we can start.

We cater events and productions in Dubai: weddings, garden receptions, brand launches and film sets. A wedding buffet is meant to be seen. A craft table on a film set must stay out of the wide. We run both, and we plan the food around the day rather than the other way round.

The three questions that start a quote

  • Headcount: guests or crew, and whether the number is fixed.
  • Diet: vegetarian, vegan, allergies, and any religious or cultural requirements.
  • Visibility: is the food part of the event's look, or does it need to stay behind the scenes?

Formats

Seated dinners, buffets, canapés, family-style tables and live cooking stations when the brief and the venue allow them. For brand launches we plan food that can be eaten standing, in one hand, without ruining a white outfit. For weddings we plan the service around the ceremony and the speeches, so the food is ready when the guests are.

Venue, power and heat

Hotels usually have their own kitchens and rules about outside catering, so we check the venue's policy first. Gardens, villas and desert sites need power, water, shade and a safe space for any live station. In the warm months, outdoor service is planned for early evening, with shaded holding areas and plenty of water.

Feeding a film crew

Crew catering has its own rhythm: breakfast before call, a proper lunch at the right hour, and snacks that survive the heat. See on-set catering for how we run it.

Questions

Can you cook on site at an event?
Yes, with live stations when the brief needs them and the venue allows it. We confirm power, water, ventilation and the venue's rules before promising a live grill.
Can you cater a desert event?
Yes, if access and shade are real. Desert catering needs vehicles that can reach the site, water, generators and an early plan for the heat.
Do you cater weddings only, or corporate events too?
Both: weddings, garden receptions, brand launches, corporate events and film sets. Tell us the format and headcount.
Can you work around dietary requirements?
Yes. List vegetarian, vegan, allergy and religious requirements in the first email so the menu is built around them, not patched afterwards.

Ready when you are.
